End Homelessness Winnipeg has picked a public sector leader who served as one of its founding board members as its new chief executive officer, the organization said in a Thursday news release. Jennifer Moore Rattray has served in a variety of roles during her career, including as executive director of the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. She was also a special representative to the federal Crown-Indigenous relations minister, a role in which she focused on advancing the establishment of a national Indigenous and human rights ombudsperson, the news release said.
