Watch the PATH Process CAEH23 Presentation from the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness (CAEH) Conference, which focused on Phase 1 project activities including the development of the PATH Process. The PATH Process project has applied to present at the CAEH24 conference on Phase 2, Part 1 of the project. Please stay tuned for confirmation of our (fingers crossed) upcoming CAEH24 presentation.
