Members of the town council in La Ronge said they’ll consider ideas brought forward at a public forum last week before deciding Monday night whether to create a campground for homeless people.
About 40 people attended the public meeting at the Mel Hegland Arena, including residents, business owners, RCMP and paramedics.
“It’s important for us to hear what the community has to say and to factor that into any considerations we make,” said Coun. Melissa McNeil.
