Applications Closed

The PATH Process [Phase 2, Part 1] call for pilot location applications closed on May 24, 2024 and successful applicants were notified on May 31, 2024. A public release of the successful pilot locations [4] and preparation sites [2] were announced on June 12, 2024 at the ‘2024 Indigenous Homelessness Community Entities Gathering’.
